Step 4 

Unscrew the four screw underneath the servo. Be careful not to lose the srew.


Step 5 

Desolder the motor from the PC board. 



Step 6

Take the flat screwdriver and take the PCB out of the servo. Keep that PCB because you can take a chip to make a simple h-bridge.
